Benjamin Cohen, MD

Dr. Benjamin Cohen is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with a thriving practice in New Jersey for almost three decades.  He has been a member of the American Academy of Dermatology since 1995 and continues to be passionate about his work since day one.

After completing a three-year medical residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City, he went on to complete his fourth year as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine in the same facility.  Concurrently, he also served as a Fellow at Columbia School of Medicine.

From there, Dr. Cohen went on to study Dermatology at Wright University in Dayton, Ohio for three more years where he received his degree as a Dermatologist and became Board Certified in the field. After this, he moved to New Jersey to open his own practice in Long Branch, NJ in 1995.

His media experience includes four years of hosting a weekly local talk radio show on 94.3 THE POINT where he discussed various dermatological topics geared towards the public and station listeners.  This included live phone-in questions from listeners.  Along with hosting the radio talk show, Dr. Cohen served as a consultant on skin care and skin cancer on NJ CHANNEL 12 for the Skin Cancer Society. 

Dr. Cohen is on the cutting edge of all dermatological procedures, both cosmetic and medical.  He strives to always be on the forefront of the newest developments in lasers, facial fillers for non-surgical facial rejuvenation, and other non-invasive procedures for the entire body.  He also offers laser hair removal, Photo Rejuvenation, and is known for his expertise in Neurotoxins (i.e. BOTOX, Dysport, Xeoman) which is often used in conjunction with other modalities.  Along with these talents, Dr. Cohen is most known for his caring and kind approach towards all his patients.
 

Adele D. Haimovic, MD

Adele D. Haimovic, MD is a double board-certified Dermatologist and Mohs Micrographic Surgeon with advanced fellowship training in Mohs Surgery as well as Cosmetic Dermatology and Laser Surgery. With offices in New York City and New Jersey, Dr. Haimovic tailors her approach for each patient providing them with meticulous care and effective treatment plans.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Haimovic earned her medical degree at New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Haimovic then went on to complete her Internship and Dermatology Residency at New York University Langone Medical Center where she served as chief resident. Dr. Haimovic received additional training at SkinCare Physicians in Boston, Massachusetts where she completed an American College of Mohs Surgery fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and an American Society for Dermatologic Surgery fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatology.

Dr. Haimovic has experience as a clinical research trial investigator and has been involved in research at the forefront of cosmetic dermatology. She has co-authored numerous book chapters and scientific papers in peer reviewed journals on cosmetic procedures, dermatologic surgery, and general dermatology.

In 2022 Dr. Haimovic was awarded one of America’s Best Cosmetic Dermatologists by Newsweek magazine. She is currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at New York University Langone Medical Center where she teaches future Dermatologists.  As an active member for the Skin Cancer Foundation she dedicates her time educating the public about skin cancer prevention and early detection. Dr. Haimovic is also amember of the American College of Mohs Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
